These Image Terms & Conditions ("Image Terms") apply when you generate or edit images with CarColor. They sit alongside our Terms of Service. If they conflict, these Image Terms govern the generation and use of images.

By clicking Generate coloring page (or applying an edit), you agree to these Image Terms.

1. What you are generating

CarColor uses automated systems to turn your description and options into a black-and-white line-art coloring page. Outputs are machine-made. They are not photographs, not human-drawn originals, and not a promise that any real vehicle, badge, or scene will match a reference you have in mind. Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

2. How generation works

We send your prompt and options to third-party providers to produce the image, then store a copy in your history so you can reopen, download, or print it. Providers may change as we operate the Service.

Generation can take a minute or longer when the Service is busy. Timing is not guaranteed. You can close the window while a page is drawing — we keep generating and save the result to your History when it is ready. If generation fails, we return the credit used for that attempt.

3. Your inputs

You are responsible for the car description, plate text, feature choices, and edit instructions you submit. You agree that your inputs:

  • Are about creating or editing a road-vehicle coloring page (car, van, truck, SUV, ute, bus, or camper). Unrelated prompts are refused and are not charged.
  • Are lawful and that you have the right to use them.
  • Do not impersonate someone, harass others, or request harmful or illegal imagery.
  • Do not ask us to copy a copyrighted drawing, photograph, or design you do not have rights to reproduce.

We may refuse, filter, or stop a generation that appears to violate these Image Terms or our Terms of Service, including prompts that are not about a vehicle coloring page.

4. Quality and accuracy

Output varies. Lines may be uneven, details may be missing or invented, and similar prompts can produce different results. We do not warrant that:

  • The car will match a specific year, trim, or photo.
  • Logos, badges, or number plates will be accurate or complete.
  • The page will be suitable for a particular print setup or age group.
  • An edit will apply exactly as you described.

You should preview the image before you print or share it.

5. Credits

A generate that starts using a free allowance or a paid image credit consumes that allowance or credit. An edit consumes the free edit or one paid edit credit. Credits are not refunded solely because the drawing is imperfect or not what you imagined. See our Refund Policy for when we may refund or re-credit.

6. Ownership and licence

You keep rights in the text you submit. You grant CarColor a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that text and the resulting images as needed to run the Service (including sending them to our providers and storing them in your history).

Subject to these Image Terms and applicable law, you may download and print your generated pages for personal, non-commercial use, for example, coloring at home or in a classroom. Selling the outputs, bundling them as a stock pack, or using them as a competing coloring-page product needs our prior written permission.

7. Third-party marks

Vehicle names, badges, and designs belong to their owners. Generating an image does not give you trademark, design, or other IP rights in those marks. Do not use outputs in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement by a car maker or other brand.

8. How you may use outputs

You agree not to:

  • Present generated images as photographs or as unaided human artwork when that would mislead someone.
  • Use outputs for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our prompts, models, or providers through the Service.
  • Scrape or bulk-generate images in a way that bypasses credits or harms the Service.

9. History and deletion

Signed-in accounts keep generated and edited images in a private history. We store them to provide that history and operate the Service. If you delete your account, we remove associated images as described in our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain records (for example, payment records).

10. Disclaimers

IMAGE GENERATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that any generation will succeed, meet your expectations, or be free of errors or third-party rights issues. Our liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to claims about generated images.

11. Changes

We may update these Image Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Clicking Generate after a change means you accept the updated Image Terms. If you do not agree, do not generate images.
